PayRaiseCalc may use Google AdSense to display advertising. When advertising is enabled and you have consented to advertising cookies, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show ads, limit repeat impressions, and measure campaign performance.
You can manage Google advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings and can opt out of many interest-based advertising programs through aboutads.info.
Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it may collect aggregated or pseudonymous information such as page views, session duration, device type, browser details, and approximate city-level location. We use this information to understand which tools people use most and where the site experience should improve.
Where supported, we configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization settings such as anonymize_ip: true. We do not use Analytics cookies to create first-party salary profiles from calculator inputs, and our default data retention window is 14 months unless a shorter operational period is required.

On your first visit, we show a cookie consent banner at the bottom of the page. It gives you three clear options: Accept All, Reject All, or Customize.
If you customize your preferences, a settings drawer opens from the right side of the screen so you can manage Functional, Analytics, and Advertising cookies separately. Strictly necessary cookies always remain enabled.
We store your choice in the cookieconsent_status cookie for up to one year. You can return to your settings at any time by clicking the floating Cookie Settings button.
PayRaiseCalc does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. The DNT standard has never been adopted consistently across browsers, and there is no single technical behavior that all sites are required to follow.
Where a browser exposes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a request to reject non-essential cookies where technically feasible. You can also manage preferences directly through the controls described in Section 7.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or the services used on PayRaiseCalc. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
